In addition to serving Sunset Beach, I expanded my reach in 2024 by earning my South Carolina real estate license to assist clients in North Myrtle Beach. During the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, I used the downtime to earn several key real estate certifications: e-PRO (Electronic and Internet Safety), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor)/Mastering the CMA, Real Estate Investing, and Leadership. In 2022, I added the RSPS (Resort & Second Home Specialist) certification to better serve clients seeking part-time residences or vacation rentals.
The real estate landscape has undergone significant changes, and I'm adapting to better serve my clients. Moving forward, I’ll be showing homes only to buyers who sign a Buyer's Agency Agreement with me for that specific property. This ensures I’m compensated if you choose to purchase. Alternatively, a Non-Exclusive Agreement can be signed, though this doesn't guarantee commission. Given the time and effort involved, I’ve decided not to show multiple homes without securing this commitment. My goal is to streamline your experience, ensuring you receive the best service possible.
