During the COVID-19 downtime early in 2020, I received the e-PRO (Electronic and Internet safety), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor)/Mastering the CMA, Real Estate Investing, and Leadership Certificates. While the world was closed, I was taking advantage of the extra time to invest in myself to better help and assist my clients. I also received my RSPS (Resort & Second Home Specialist) Certificate in 2022 to better help my part-time or vacation rental clients.
The Real Estate business is not a 9-5 job, it is a business that keeps me moving from early morning until late evening.
